Key Scripture:

2 Peter 3:18 – “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

Introduction:

Becoming a Christian is just the beginning of an amazing journey. Growing in faith means learning more about God, trusting Him more, and becoming more like Jesus every day.

How to Grow in Your Faith:

1. Spend Time with God Daily

  • Read your Bible and pray every day.

  • Even a few minutes build your relationship with God.

2. Join a Faith Community

  • Connect with other believers at church or online.

  • Fellowship encourages and supports your growth.

3. Serve Others

  • Use your gifts to help people.

  • Serving shows God’s love in action.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others.” (1 Peter 4:10)

4. Keep Learning

  • Study the Bible and Christian teachings regularly.

  • Attend Bible studies, listen to sermons, or use trusted online resources.

5. Obey God’s Word

  • Apply what you learn in your daily life.

  • Faith grows when you practice what God teaches.

6. Share Your Faith

  • Telling others about Jesus strengthens your own belief.

  • It helps you stay focused on your purpose.

  1. What are some daily habits you can start to grow closer to God?

  2. How can you get involved with a local or online faith community?

  3. What gifts or talents can you use to serve others?

  4. What Bible topics or books would you like to learn more about?

Prayer:

Father, help me to grow in faith and love. Teach me to follow You more closely and to live for Your glory. Surround me with encouraging believers and give me a heart to serve and share Your Word. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
